How can I make a return?

Items purchased on can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

Only new and unworn products can be returned. No returns are made on personalized items.

Contact our customer service by sending an email to or from 12:00 to 13:00 or from 17:00 to 18:00 by calling +39 338 423 6992, then follow the return instructions that you find at inside the package and go to a post office to send the jewel to be returned.

Inside each shipment there is a return form that you will need to fill in inside the package you want to return.

If the return form is not included in the package, there may be delays in processing the return for verification by our customer service.

Once the item has been received at our warehouse, after having checked the goods, we will proceed to credit the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund requests will be processed within 90 days of receipt of goods in stock.

You can request the return of multiple products belonging to the same order provided they are returned together in the same return package.

The shipping costs for returning the package are charged to the customer.

To avoid unpleasant misunderstandings in the event of a lost package, we always recommend asking the post office for a traceable shipment.
To receive another jewel to replace the one returned, it will be necessary to place a new order.

If you accept to receive a damaged, crushed, broken or opened package, Trilli Milano will not guarantee the possible return in case of damaged/missing item.
