Shipments
How long does it take for shipping and what are the costs?
The order is processed in about 3 working days and, once entrusted to the courier, it takes 3 to 5 working days to be delivered.
For the Islands, delivery may require an additional day. For foreign countries, shipments will be made with DHL and take from 3 to 8 working days to be delivered.
Orders placed during Italian holidays or during the weekend will be processed on the first working day following that date.

Can my delivery address be different from the billing address?
Yes, it is possible to provide two different addresses.
To indicate a shipping address different from the billing address, simply uncheck the "Use billing address" field and fill in the fields with the desired information.
Can I change the shipping/delivery address after creating the order?
Orders are processed very quickly.
If you realize that the address you entered is wrong, you can promptly contact info@trillimilano.com communicating the correct address.
If the order has already been processed and entrusted to the courier, you can contact him directly. Once you have received the information for tracking the package, you can contact the courier for a possible change in the delivery address.
We remind you that Trilli Milano is not responsible for any delay in delivery for orders that have undergone changes to the delivery address and will not be able to provide any compensation.
What are the delivery times?
The courier makes deliveries between 08:00 and 18:00.
Important Note: You will need to sign for the package upon receipt.
If you accept to receive a damaged, crushed, broken or opened package, Trilli Milano will not guarantee the possible return in case of damaged/missing item.
Which couriers do you use for deliveries?
The couriers we use for shipments are mainly GLS, Bartolini and DHL.
